3. Collection and use of your data

The extent and nature of the collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or whether you use offers on our website which require you to provide further data about yourself, for example when using our contact form.

a. Informational use

For the purely informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data.

Rather, in this case we only collect and use the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as

  • Date and time of access to one of our Internet pages
  • Your browser type
  • the browser settings
  • the operating system used
  • the amount of data transmitted and the access status (file transmitted, file not found etc.) and
  • Your IP address.

We process these data during an informational visit exclusively in a non-personal form. This is done to enable you to use the Internet pages you have called up and to be able to check whether our web pages are displayed optimally.

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the intended purposes. They will be deleted from the database when they are no longer needed to pursue these purposes or if you validly exercise your right to delete the data.

The processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR and in our interest to be able to display our website reliably and as trouble-free as possible.

b. Use of contact forms

If you wish to contact us using the contact forms provided on our website, we will collect the following data from you:

Your name

Your title

Your company

Your e-mail address

Your phone number

Your message to us

We use this data to answer your e-mail enquiry. In this context, we use the category of your enquiry to be able to assign your enquiry internally according to your request.

Insofar as your enquiry relates to an existing contractual relationship or you are interested in concluding a contract, the data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR (contract initiation and implementation). Otherwise, data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR (balancing of interests) and in our interest in order to be able to answer your inquiry with the information relevant to you.

The data collected via the contact forms and the communication to answer your enquiry will not be stored on the web server.

Data that you sent us using our contact forms will be deleted once your request is completed.

4. Use of cookies

a. Which cookies do we use?

For our internet presence we use the technology of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server when you visit our website and are stored by the browser on your computer, tablet computer or smartphone for later retrieval.

If you want to consult the C-all website, it is recommended that the technical settings for cookies are enabled. Without cookies enabled, AAtechnics cannot guarantee a trouble-free visit on the website. If you prefer not to use cookies, you are free to disable them as a visitor.

We use cookies to improve your visit to our website. The cookies we use are safe. The information we collect using cookies helps us to identify any errors or to show you specific services that we think may be of interest to you.

b. Disabling Cookies

Whether cookies can be set and retrieved is determined by the settings in your browser. You can, for example, completely deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, restrict it to certain websites or configure your browser so that it automatically notifies you as soon as a cookie is to be set and asks you for feedback. You can block or delete individual cookies. For technical reasons, however, this may result in some functions of our website being impaired and no longer functioning fully.

5. Service providers and data transfer to third parties

In order to provide this website and for the aforementioned purposes, your data may be passed on to service providers supporting us (e.g. website hosting and support, evaluation of social media data by marketing agency), which we have of course carefully selected and commissioned in writing.

These service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us.

Your data will otherwise only be passed on to other third parties if this data protection declaration expressly refers to this or if we are legally obliged to do so.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask us to confirm whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to obtain information about this personal data and the information specified in Art. 15 of the GDPR.

You have the right to demand that we correct incorrect personal data relating to you without delay and, if necessary, complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).

You have the right to demand from us that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies in detail, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to deletion).

You have the right to request us to restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if you have lodged an objection to processing, for the duration of the examination by us.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of direct marketing. You also have the right to object at any time to processing operations carried out pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 e) or f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

You have the right to receive from us the data concerning you which you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You may also transmit this data to other bodies or have it transmitted by us (right to data transferability).

To exercise your rights, please contact: gdpr@c-all.io.

If you are not satisfied with AAtechnics' processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission. (https://www.privacycommission....)

We also use technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data that is collected, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against attack by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

When using our website, your personal data is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology to prevent access by unauthorised third parties.

8. Version and updates of this privacy statement
