2. Who processes the personal data
C-all is a product of AAtechnics NV.
AAtechnics NV is the data controller and determines, alone or in cooperation with others, which personal data are collected, the purpose and means of processing these personal data.

3. Collection and use of your data
The extent and nature of the collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or whether you use offers on our website which require you to provide further data about yourself, for example when using our contact form.
a. Informational use
For the purely informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data.
Rather, in this case we only collect and use the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as

We use this data to answer your e-mail enquiry. In this context, we use the category of your enquiry to be able to assign your enquiry internally according to your request.
Insofar as your enquiry relates to an existing contractual relationship or you are interested in concluding a contract, the data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR (contract initiation and implementation). Otherwise, data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR (balancing of interests) and in our interest in order to be able to answer your inquiry with the information relevant to you.
The data collected via the contact forms and the communication to answer your enquiry will not be stored on the web server.
Data that you sent us using our contact forms will be deleted once your request is completed.
